Senior Specialist in AI Training

Job Summary

To enhance employee capabilities in a rapidly evolving workforce, the full-time Senior Specialist in AI Training will design and implement scalable learning solutions focused on AI and technical skills, collaborating with stakeholders and utilizing training technologies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise AI and technical upskilling programs, including instructional materials and learning pathways
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify skill needs and create effective learning experiences
• Utilize learning management systems (LMS) to implement and measure training strategies, ensuring continuous improvement of learning solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development and LMS administration
• Experience supporting a global instance of Learning Management System, preferably Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD)
• Foundational understanding of AI concepts and responsible AI practices
• Proven ability to design and develop various learning formats, including eLearning and instructor-led training
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and navigating complex organizational environments
