Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in higher education, medical education, or student affairs
• Experience managing projects and coordinating with multiple teams
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into actionable materials
• Experience in student affairs or related organizations, with knowledge of medical student development
