Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Insurance Contracts for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and file registration statements and related documents with the Securities and Exchange Commission
  • Collaborate with business partners on product development
  • Assist with response process for DOL/IRS and state regulatory agency inquires as needed

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of retirement and separate account investment products preferred
  • Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment and deliver within tight time frames
