Senior Specialist, Issue Management

Job Summary

Supporting the design and optimization of provider operations, the full-time remote Senior Specialist, Issue Management will manage critical operational bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify risks and resolve issues through investigation to inform technology-enabled process improvements
• Coordinate projects to ensure key milestones and service levels are met
• Partner with leadership to strategize and implement arrangements aimed at lowering costs and improving outcomes

Required qualifications:

• 1+ years of professional experience in payer or provider operations, healthcare operations, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• 1+ years of experience in process improvement and workflow design
• 1+ years of experience in developing and presenting information to Senior Leadership
