Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Quality Improvement (RN) for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and compliance activities
  • Coordinate and prepare HEDIS medical record reviews
  • Provide support for accreditation activities and quality improvement studies

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher
  • Minimum 3 years' healthcare experience with 2 years in health plan quality improvement
  • Active and unrestricted RN license for the State(s) of employment
  • Preferred education in Clinical Quality, Public Health, or Healthcare
  • Preferred certifications such as CPHQ, CHCA, RHIT, or CPC
