Senior Specialist Quality Improvement
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Quality Improvement (RN) for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and compliance activities
- Coordinate and prepare HEDIS medical record reviews
- Provide support for accreditation activities and quality improvement studies
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher
- Minimum 3 years' healthcare experience with 2 years in health plan quality improvement
- Active and unrestricted RN license for the State(s) of employment
- Preferred education in Clinical Quality, Public Health, or Healthcare
- Preferred certifications such as CPHQ, CHCA, RHIT, or CPC
