Job Summary

As a remote Senior Specialist, the full-time position will develop and maintain training materials, collaborate on creative learning solutions, and lead discussions with stakeholders to enhance training programs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training materials with clear learning objectives and performance measurements
• Collaborate with peers to create innovative training solutions for diverse audiences
• Lead learning initiative projects and mentor peers through conducting peer reviews

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 3-5 years of experience preferred
• Proficient in content development tools such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate 360
• Experience with photo and audio editing software like Photoshop and Adobe Audition
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address
