Senior Specialist, Retail Operations

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and operationally driven, the full-time remote Senior Specialist, Retail Operations & Master Data will manage critical workflows including retailer onboarding, purchase order validation, and EDI transaction monitoring to ensure seamless order execution and data integrity across key national partners like Costco and Target.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for retail partners, coordinating issue resolution related to fulfillment and inventory
• Review and validate incoming purchase orders for accuracy, proactively resolving discrepancies before fulfillment
• Monitor EDI transaction flows and troubleshoot issues to ensure accurate data transmission between systems

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Retail Operations, Supply Chain Operations, or Master Data Management
• Hands-on experience with ERP and EDI systems, preferably NetSuite and SPS Commerce
• Strong understanding of retailer operational workflows, including EDI transactions and PO management
• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on operational accuracy and process execution
• Experience managing operational and item master data across multiple systems
