Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Talent Insights & Reporting (Workday).

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead initiatives to increase the adoption of P&C reporting tools and insights
• Support the development of the Insights roadmap prioritizing automation and self-service
• Act as a consultant to P&C leaders, identifying analytical trends for executive discussions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience within the Workday ecosystem
• Expert-level proficiency in creating complex Calculated Fields and advanced reporting
• Proven track record of managing high-stakes reports
• Deep knowledge of configuring custom reports and handling large data sets
• Experience working within or closely with a People function, understanding HR lifecycles
