Senior Splunk ITSI Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Splunk ITSI Architect to lead end-to-end Splunk ITSI implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate high-level architecture and business objectives into actionable technical tasks with ownership from design through delivery
• Design scalable, enterprise-level ITSI architectures aligned to business services and outcomes
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and validate developer outputs throughout the implementation process

Required Qualifications:

• Must be willing to obtain and pass an IRS MBI
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience with Splunk operations, including IT Service Intelligence implementations
• Experience in breaking architecture into phases, epics, workstreams, and technical tasks
• Ability to sequence work across data onboarding, normalization, services, and KPIs
• Experience leading workshops and gathering requirements while translating technical concepts for stakeholders
