Senior Sports Recruiting Specialist
Job Summary
Guiding student-athletes and their families through the recruiting journey, the part-time Senior Sports Recruiting Specialist will conduct virtual consultations, assess athlete goals, and present personalized solutions within the NCSA ecosystem and IMG Academy+, while working evening and weekend hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual consultations with student-athletes and families during designated evening and weekend hours
- Assess athlete goals, development stages, and recruiting aspirations to recommend appropriate programs
- Maintain accurate records and manage opportunities within CRM systems while achieving enrollment and revenue goals
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales, coaching, recruiting, athletic development, or a related field
- Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals
- Knowledge of athlete development and the college recruiting process
- Bachelor's degree required
