Senior SQL Server Database Administrator
Job Summary
A company in the Information Technology industry is looking for a Senior SQL Server Database Administrator.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage Microsoft SQL Server 2012-2022 databases, including AlwaysOn Availability Groups
- Build processes for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data using Fivetran/HVR
- Provide technical training to less proficient employees
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years of IT database experience
- Experience with SQL Server 2012-2022, AWS Redshift, and Oracle
- Experience with ETL design and development, preferably with SSIS
- Experience with cloud-based data repositories like AWS Redshift, AWS S3, Data Lake, HVR Hub
- Excellent understanding of the AWS architecture
