Senior SQL Server Database Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior SQL Server Database Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and optimize SQL Server instances across various environments
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and conduct query optimization
- Support engineering teams with application/database integration and troubleshoot SQL performance issues
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience as a SQL Server DBA or Database Engineer
- Expert-level experience with SQL Server 2016+
- Hands-on experience with HA/DR technologies
- Experience supporting customer-facing SaaS or high-availability applications preferred
- Familiarity with Azure SQL or cloud database operations is a plus
