Senior SRAM Design Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior SRAM Co-Design Engineer to lead the development of SRAM strategies for next-generation platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and innovate system designs for SRAMs, focusing on performance, power, reliability, and manufacturability
• Analyze design for reliability and speed, and implement product optimizations
• Collaborate across teams to drive initiatives for speed and reliability improvements

Required Qualifications

• MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in a related hardware engineering position
• Expertise in SRAM design and timing at the product level
• Knowledge of critical path analysis, speed path debug, and silicon reliability
• Familiarity with system design across multiple areas is desirable
