Senior SRAM Engineer
Job Summary
Designing advanced SRAM circuits, the full-time Senior SRAM Engineer will optimize performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop custom solutions for NVIDIA's processing chips, with opportunities for remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Design state-of-the-art SRAM circuits and optimize for performance, area, and power
- Collaborate with mask designers to create high-quality, dense pitch-matched layouts
- Verify functionality and electrical integrity while enhancing design automation and analysis methodologies
Required qualifications
- BS/MS/PhD in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 12 years of circuit design experience
- Strong understanding of SRAM and memory design techniques
- Familiarity with industry tools such as Cadence Virtuoso and SPICE simulators
- Experience with scripting languages like Perl, Python, Shell, or Verilog
