Senior SRE Automation Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end reliability of a customer-facing GPU cloud service, the full-time Senior SRE Automation Engineer will manage tenant onboarding, incident response, and automation practices while working remotely within San Jose, CA or Austin, TX.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure the availability and performance of the GPU cloud service, including job completion and provisioning latency
- Implement and optimize production Kubernetes clusters for GPU workloads, focusing on multi-tenant resource management and scheduling
- Oversee incident management processes, including customer communication and automation of remediation workflows
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SRE or cloud operations, including 2 years managing GPU workloads at scale
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes operations and GPU workload management techniques
- Experience in building multi-tenant cloud platforms with strong isolation guarantees
- Proficiency in Terraform, Helm, and GitOps workflows
- Strong programming skills in Go or Python for automation and operator development
