Senior SRE Technical Leader
Job Summary
To support a Cloud and Technology company, the remote Senior SRE Technical Leader will design, operate, and scale a Kubernetes-based platform for highly regulated environments, focusing on reliability engineering, automation, and compliance.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, build, and operate large-scale Kubernetes platforms, ensuring high availability and security
- Lead reliability engineering initiatives by defining SLOs, SLIs, and improving platform performance through automation
- Develop and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes deployment automation to streamline application delivery
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related fields with a focus on large-scale platform initiatives
- Extensive hands-on experience with Kubernetes platforms in production environments
- Strong background in supporting FedRAMP High, DoD IL5, or other regulated environments
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure, Linux administration, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Go, and experience with observability solutions
