Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Accountant to join their Finance Team.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close reports
Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and trends, and provide actionable insights

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred) or equivalent experience
4+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a small business with high transaction volume
Strong knowledge of US GAAP
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
Experience with budget preparation and variance analysis
