Senior Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Accountant to join their finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, perform monthly reconciliations, and maintain audit-ready schedules
• Lead audit preparation and ensure compliance with IFRS and GAAP requirements
• Assist in improving accounting policies and support ad hoc accounting analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Public accounting experience preferred, especially with financial statement audits
• Solid understanding of financial statements and technical accounting concepts
• High proficiency in Excel; CPA or CPA-track preferred
