Senior Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Accountant to join their finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the month-end close process and deliver accurate financials to the Controller by the 5th of each month
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and supervise accounting team members
• Provide variance analysis and support audits, inventory counts, and other cross-functional accounting initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of accounting experience with a focus on month-end close processes
• 3 years of experience managing an accounting team in an inventory business
• Experience with Full Circle ERP or NetSuite preferred
• CPA preferred, with knowledge of tax compliance and audit preparation
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and mentor team members
