Senior Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Accountant to help build and scale the financial foundation of a fast-growing creator economy business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Own day-to-day general ledger activities and maintain accurate account reconciliations
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and support accounting system enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA a plus
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in entertainment or digital media
• Strong understanding of GAAP fundamentals and general ledger accounting
• Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar accounting systems
• Proven ability to operate in a startup or growth-stage environment
