Senior Staff Accountant

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant, the full-time position will manage month-end close activities, prepare complex journal entries, and ensure compliance with GAAP while operating in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
• Prepare and review complex journal entries and account reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and assist with external audits

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• 4-7+ years of progressive accounting experience preferred
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and professional judgment
