Senior Staff AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Staff AI Engineer, Context Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the technical roadmap for a high-scale, AI-ready Data Lakehouse optimized for AI Agent operations
• Prototype and benchmark emerging trends in the AI ecosystem, ensuring the platform remains cutting edge
• Set standards for code quality and system design, leading architecture reviews and resolving complex technical issues

Qualifications & Experience

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering, with expertise in Java or Scala and Python
• Deep experience in building extensible frameworks and high-throughput APIs
• Hands-on experience with agent development trends and knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Expert-level experience with GitOps workflows and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform
• Proficiency in navigating AWS and Azure management consoles, with experience in cloud governance and cost optimization
