Job Summary

Leading the architectural design and implementation of next-generation AI agent frameworks, the remote Senior Staff AI Engineer will architect agentic systems, balance speed and scale in development, and orchestrate workflows involving large language models.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deploy production-grade multi-agent frameworks and custom AI developer tooling
• Balance rapid prototyping with long-term sustainability in system design
• Implement rigorous evaluation frameworks for agent reliability and performance

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience in fast-paced environments
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building autonomous workflows and agentic systems
• Deep familiarity with large language models and orchestration frameworks
• Prior experience in early-stage startups, demonstrating adaptability and execution focus
• Proficiency in writing clean, high-performance code in languages such as Python or Go
