Senior Staff AI Engineer
Job Summary
To drive innovation in AI infrastructure, the full-time Senior Staff AI Engineer will design and build high-performance software foundations for enterprise-level applications, focusing on distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, and the development of tools that enable autonomous agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the technical roadmap for an AI-ready Data Lakehouse optimized for low-latency data access
- Prototype and benchmark emerging AI trends, evaluating next-generation architectural patterns for agent workflows
- Set standards for code quality and system design, leading architecture reviews and resolving complex technical challenges
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in Java or Scala and Python
- Deep experience in building extensible frameworks and high-throughput APIs
- Hands-on experience with Multi-Agent Orchestration and Agentic RAG development
- Mastery of GitOps workflows and Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
