Senior Staff AI Engineer

Job Summary

To drive the development of innovative AI systems, the full-time Senior Staff AI Engineer will architect, build, and operate production-grade agentic AI systems for identity security, working remotely while leading technical strategies and ensuring robust system performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-agent systems for enterprise-scale identity security applications
• Integrate and evaluate frontier AI models, ensuring effective decision-making grounded in enterprise data
• Establish safety and governance protocols for autonomous systems, including observability and compliance measures

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems
• Proven experience in designing and operating agentic systems in production environments
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with systems languages such as Go, Java, or C++
• Experience with frontier AI SDKs and model evaluation in production settings
• Demonstrated technical leadership in architecture ownership and mentoring engineers
