Senior Staff AI Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Staff AI Security Engineer to secure its AI infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Secure access to frontier AI models and design access controls and policy enforcement
• Build and own controls for MCP access and tool use authorization across engineering teams
• Design identity and authorization models for autonomous agents and implement security measures

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years in security engineering with experience in application security, cloud security, or IAM
• Hands-on experience building security controls that are effective in production environments
• Fluency with LLM and agentic systems, including practical experience in their implementation
• Solid understanding of IAM for non-human systems and least-privilege architecture
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
