Senior Staff Analytics

Job Summary

To support the growth of the guest app experience, the remote eligible Senior Staff Analytics will lead data strategy initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide data-driven insights to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as a key analytics partner to senior stakeholders, providing insights for strategic decisions
• Elevate analytical excellence through advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, and experimentation
• Design and analyze complex experiments to measure feature impact and inform product iterations

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in advanced analytics, preferably in marketplace or travel industries
• Deep technical expertise in data analysis, experimentation, and causal inference
• Robust business acumen and strategic thinking skills
• Quantitative undergraduate degree required; advanced degree highly preferred
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to collaborate across functions
