Senior Staff Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Attorney, Pro Bono Litigation Corps.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute legal strategies for cases in collaboration with pro bono counsel and partner organizations
• Assist in identifying and onboarding pro bono legal teams while providing technical guidance throughout the litigation process
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical protocols, track case progress, and support program evaluation

Required Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Minimum 6-8 years of litigation experience, preferably involving federal or state government advocacy
• Knowledge of legal principles relevant to litigation or regulatory advocacy involving federal or state governments
• Experience initiating affirmative litigation in state or federal court
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, tech-forward team environment
