Senior Staff Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on enhancing the quality of pharmacy benefits management, the full-time remote Senior Staff Automation Engineer will develop and maintain automated tests, improve test frameworks, and define test architecture while advocating for quality and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure high test coverage and fast defect feedback
• Continuously improve test frameworks and define the test architecture across all tooling
• Manage test strategy and communicate quality status within the sprint team

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• 12+ years of experience in QA and automation testing with a proven track record of leadership
• Proficiency in Python, Typescript, Java, or Javascript
• Experience with API automation frameworks such as Pytest or REST Assured
• Familiarity with CI/CD systems like GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or Jenkins
