Senior Staff Change Manager

Job Summary

Leading the organizational change management strategy for large-scale transformation initiatives, the fully remote Senior Staff Change Manager will develop change management plans, partner with executive leadership, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption and sustainment of enterprise-wide changes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide organizational change management strategy for large-scale transformation initiatives
• Develop and execute change management plans, including stakeholder analysis and communication strategies
• Partner with executive leadership and key stakeholders to drive alignment and organizational readiness

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, transformation, or program management
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide technology transformation initiatives
• Strong expertise in organizational readiness and stakeholder engagement
• Prosci, CCMP, ADKAR, or similar change management certification strongly preferred
• Experience supporting enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Salesforce
