Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Data Engineer (UCP).

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of data classification systems and schema definitions for various P&C datasets
Architect and maintain scalable data pipelines using technologies such as BigQuery and Kubernetes
Drive best practices for data lineage, quality, security, and governance across the insurance ecosystem

Required Qualifications

7+ years in data engineering, architecture, or enterprise data systems roles
Domain expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance
Hands-on experience designing data models and schemas for complex insurance data
Proficient in SQL and Python for data engineering
Advanced experience with GCP data stack including BigQuery and Dataflow
