Senior Staff Data Engineer - FedRAMP

Job Summary

To support the rapidly growing Federal business sector, the full-time Senior Staff Data Engineer - FedRAMP will manage data infrastructure in FedRAMP environments, driving architectural improvements and operational excellence while working remotely from within the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural initiatives to enhance scalability and cost-efficiency of the Federal environment
• Serve as the senior technical escalation point for Data Infrastructure issues, investigating incidents and reducing resolution times
• Collaborate on Disaster Recovery strategies to ensure availability standards and regional failover preparedness

Required Qualifications

• US Citizenship is mandatory due to federal access requirements
• 7+ years of experience in Infrastructure or Platform Engineering, SRE, or DevOps focused on data-intensive systems
• Proven expertise in high-scale stateful infrastructure, including relational databases and streaming platforms
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux environments and managing AWS infrastructure
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Helm
