Senior Staff Data Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Data Scientist to lead technology initiatives in the mental healthcare space.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy models and services to enhance client and provider experiences
• Lead design decisions for ML initiatives and prototype new ML services
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate ML functionality and conduct A/B testing

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. (preferred) or M.S. in a quantitative science such as computer science or data science
• 5+ years of experience in preparing and deploying ML data products
• Prior experience in early- to mid-stage growth companies is preferred
• Strong background in statistics and experimental design
• Proficiency in Python and expertise in recommender systems
