Senior Staff Data Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer - Data Science.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical roadmap for data science and ML initiatives across the organization
• Architect and build end-to-end ML systems, including model development, deployment, and monitoring
• Mentor and elevate staff and senior data scientists, establishing best practices and technical direction

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in building and deploying production machine learning systems
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in ML libraries such as scikit-learn and TensorFlow
• Strong hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and computer vision applications
• Experience architecting ML solutions on large-scale datasets using distributed computing frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to set technical direction and communicate complex strategies to stakeholders
