Senior Staff Designer UX Designer

Job Summary

A company in the Creative Design industry is looking for a Senior Staff UX Designer.

Position Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable the design process and inspire productive dialog
• Produce design deliverables including sketches, wireframes, and journey maps
• Work with product strategy to understand product requirements and turn them into buildable user experiences

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of professional design experience in UX/Interaction Design
• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Visual Design, HCI, or a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience working closely with product and technology organizations
• Ability to lead initiatives and have a strategic mindset
• Mobile experience is a strong plus
