Job Summary

A company in the Creative Design industry is looking for a Senior Staff UX Designer.

Position Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable the design process and inspire productive dialog
Produce design deliverables including sketches, wireframes, and journey maps
Work with product strategy to understand product requirements and turn them into buildable user experiences

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of professional design experience in UX/Interaction Design
Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Visual Design, HCI, or a related field or equivalent experience
Experience working closely with product and technology organizations
Ability to lead initiatives and have a strategic mindset
Mobile experience is a strong plus
