Senior Staff Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Engineer, Cloud Economics.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical strategy for Cloud Resource management within Ads
• Design and build internal platforms for PnL accountability and engineer automated frameworks for cost validation
• Instrument telemetry into cloud infrastructure to identify inefficiencies and lead vendor integration validation

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on public cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Proficiency in coding (Go, Python, Java) to address infrastructure challenges
• Expertise in Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud-native storage
• Experience building observability pipelines (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
• Proven ability to influence and lead in ambiguous environments
