Senior Staff Engineer

Job Summary

Leading technical strategy and architectural standards, the full-time Senior Staff Engineer will drive system design, mentor engineers, and integrate Agentic AI tools into the development lifecycle while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Evolve technical architecture for patient and provider platforms, ensuring scalability and security
• Champion AI-Augmented Engineering practices, ensuring alignment with architectural best practices
• Provide technical oversight for web portals and mobile apps, optimizing key performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in computer science or related field with 8+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI tools such as GitHub CoPilot or similar
• Proven expertise in React, RESTful APIs, relational databases, and GitHub
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud platforms (AWS)
