Senior Staff Engineer

Job Summary

As a senior technical individual contributor, the remote Senior Staff Engineer will manage backend architecture and AI technology applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance guest-host communication and partner integration platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with design, product marketing, and prototyping teams to create an innovative guest-host communication experience
• Build a scalable notification system to reach out to hosts effectively
• Lead design and code reviews while mentoring other engineers in the organization

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment
• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience in building and architecting full-stack products at enterprise scale
• Experience applying modern AI technologies in product development
• Demonstrated technical leadership with cross-functional collaboration skills
