Job Summary

Seeking a visionary and technically exceptional Senior Staff Engineer in a full-time remote capacity, this role focuses on leading architectural innovation and strategic technical direction for customer-facing frontend systems while ensuring alignment with business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the architectural vision for frontend systems, leading cross-organizational initiatives to address long-term scalability and foundational UI capabilities
• Drive front-end excellence by ensuring the creation of fast, accessible, and visually polished user experiences that reflect brand standards
• Establish patterns and frameworks to ensure quality and operational excellence across the organization, serving as the authority on frontend design decisions

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong record of technical leadership
• Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks and libraries such as React, Next.js, and GraphQL
• Full-stack capability with backend proficiency in Node.js and Python
• Deep expertise in UI performance, web accessibility, and responsive design
• Experience in scaling shared frontend infrastructure or design systems across multiple teams
