Senior Staff Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the design and delivery of patient-facing systems, the full-time Senior Staff Engineer will architect consumer applications, develop features for pricing and cost estimation, and collaborate with product and engineering leads in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and architect systems behind consumer applications, ensuring accurate data modeling and storage
• Ship features for pricing, cost-estimation, and shoppable services to support various use cases
• Collaborate with product and engineering leads to align roadmaps and manage technical tradeoffs

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience, primarily in Python, focused on consumer products
• Experience in early-stage or high-growth startups, with a track record of building and scaling systems
• Proven ability to take ownership and drive successful outcomes on critical projects
• Excellent presentation skills to communicate effectively with peers and executives
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
