Senior Staff Engineer

Job Summary

As a hands-on technical leader, the full-time Senior Staff Engineer will build a scalable, AI-native multi-tenant 3PL platform for client onboarding, inventory management, and order fulfillment in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain core systems for inventory management, order routing, and warehouse operations across client accounts
• Ensure fast, low-friction onboarding for new 3PL clients through reusable platform components
• Lead architectural direction and decision-making for the 3PL platform as it scales to accommodate external clients

Required qualifications:

• 6-8+ years of experience in building and shipping production backend systems
• Experience in leading technical direction, including design reviews and mentorship
• Familiarity with ecommerce order management, inventory, or logistics systems
• Strong fundamentals in backend engineering, including APIs, data modeling, and distributed systems
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and cloud-native service design
