Senior Staff Engineer
Job Summary
To support the Growth Engineering team, the full-time Senior Staff Engineer will own architecture decisions, build and maintain data pipelines, and ship full-stack features in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain Go-based data pipelines for growth analytics and reliable reporting
- Audit and optimize martech integrations, replacing or retiring underperforming tools
- Architect and implement experimentation infrastructure for accurate A/B testing and fast iteration
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack development, data infrastructure, and martech systems
- Production-level expertise in Golang and TypeScript
- Proven track record of designing production-level analytics and data pipelines
- Hands-on experience in building and deploying ML systems into production
- Experience setting technical direction for growth or data teams under ambiguity
