Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Engineer in Advanced Packaging Design.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize SIPI performance requirements
Design and develop advanced silicon package solutions
Model and analyze package designs for optimal performance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (Master's or PhD preferred)
Minimum of 10 years' experience in advanced package design and analysis
Expert knowledge of advanced circuit and transmission line theory
Hands-on experience with advanced package technologies from TSMC, Intel, or Samsung
Proficiency in multi-physics analysis and familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
