Senior Staff Finance Program Manager

Job Summary

Serving as the key liaison between technical teams and Finance & Accounting stakeholders, the remote Senior Staff Finance Technical Program Manager will manage delivery from project scoping to rollout, focusing on AI-enablement initiatives and ensuring stakeholder adoption of tools and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Build knowledge of the FDS team's data and AI capabilities to effectively interface with Finance & Accounting stakeholders
• Identify high-impact opportunities and translate business requirements into actionable functional and data requirements for the FDS team
• Manage project delivery, including planning, coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• CPA, CMA, or equivalent credential with relevant Finance & Accounting experience
• 7+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting, including month-end and year-end close processes
• 5+ years of experience in program/project management for technical initiatives
• High proficiency with cloud data warehouses and ERP systems, including SQL and financial reporting
• Experience with LLM tooling and the ability to coach non-technical partners in its effective use
