Job Summary

As a full-time remote Senior Staff Forward Deployed Engineer specializing in AI, the successful candidate will embed with various departments to understand their workflows, scope, design, and build full-stack custom applications, and ensure successful adoption of the solutions delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Embed with functional departments to run discovery and understand workflows before developing applications
• Scope, design, and build full-stack custom applications quickly using modern frameworks and AI tools
• Own the end-to-end delivery process, including architecture, build, testing, deployment, and training for adoption

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with a proven ability to independently design and build full-stack applications
• Proficiency in at least one modern backend language (e.g., Python, Node.js) and basic frontend development skills
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and LLM-based tools to enhance development processes
• Experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver tangible results
• Prior experience in a forward-deployed, solutions engineering, or similar role is preferred
