Senior Staff IAM Engineer
Job Summary
Bringing full stack and systems expertise, the full-time Senior Staff IAM Engineer will lead the development of CI/CD pipelines, manage critical platform integrations, and mentor junior engineers while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development of end-to-end CI/CD pipelines and implement infrastructure-as-code using tools like Terraform and Ansible
- Own system integrations across Identity Platforms and ServiceNow APIs, ensuring high-quality performance and scalability
- Mentor junior to mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a senior staff role or equivalent
- Strong IAM domain experience with Identity Lifecycle, RBAC/ABAC, and Access Certifications
- Proficiency in full stack development, particularly with backend technologies like Java or Python
- Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows using GitLab, Jenkins, or similar tools
- Deep technical experience in building production enterprise-level platforms and systems engineering
