Senior Staff IAM Engineer
Job Summary
Bringing full stack and systems depth to the team, the full-time Senior Staff IAM Engineer will lead the development of CI/CD pipelines, implement infrastructure-as-code, and manage critical platform integrations in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development of end-to-end CI/CD pipelines and automate development workflows
- Own system integrations across Identity Platforms and ServiceNow APIs, ensuring scalability and reliability
- Mentor junior engineers while fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a senior staff role or equivalent
- Strong IAM domain experience, including Identity Lifecycle and Privileged Access Management
- Proficiency in full stack development with backend technologies (Java or Python) and frontend technologies (JavaScript, AngularJS)
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows using tools like GitLab and Jenkins
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet
