Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer/Data Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion a data-driven culture and shape key data science areas such as segmentation and recommendation systems
• Identify, design, prototype, and build scalable ML pipelines to enhance eCommerce personalization
• Develop and implement robust experimentation frameworks to enable rapid iteration and deployment of personalization models

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or a related technical field
• 10 years of experience leading technical project strategy and optimizing ML infrastructure
• 7 years of experience in design and architecture of software products
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with data mining and information retrieval
• Experience in A/B testing and experimental design
