Job Summary

Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer, responsible for developing and optimizing AI/ML infrastructure in a full-time remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and enhance machine learning models using large-scale structured and unstructured data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and refine machine learning requirements
• Develop, productionize, and operate ML/AI models and pipelines at scale

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of industry experience in applied ML/AI with an MS or PhD in relevant fields
• Strong programming skills in Scala, Python, Java, C++, or equivalent
• Deep understanding of ML/AI best practices and algorithms
• Experience with technologies such as Tensorflow, PyTorch, Kubernetes, and Spark
• Familiarity with AI/ML governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
