Job Summary
Guiding new product introduction and customer adoption initiatives, the full-time Senior Staff Outbound Product Manager will empower customers to maximize their use of the ServiceNow AI Platform while collaborating with internal teams to drive product strategy and adoption in a flexible or remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of customer use cases and goals related to AI solutions
- Guide the adoption of new ServiceNow products across high-impact accounts and manage community engagement
- Serve as the primary advocate for customer feedback within product and engineering teams
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of total experience, including 5+ years in customer-facing roles such as product management or technical consulting
- 5+ years of experience in application development or related domains
- Experience with generative AI technologies and a proven record of bringing AI-powered products to market
- Demonstrated ability to launch and scale emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Strong sense of accountability and a customer-centric approach
